A Short Bio
I have been on the front lines of leadership for 18 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine. I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation, because yes—expertise still matters.
But credentials don’t coach people—humans do. I know what it’s like to lead under pressure, to feel the weight of responsibility, and to wrestle with that inner critic that never shuts up. Through wise coaching and the grace of God, I’ve learned how to trade toxic shame for real peace and real strength. Now, I help other leaders do the same.
I live in Central California with my incredible wife Leah and our four children (ages 8 to 20). I read dead people's books, try to keep my golf ball on the fairway, and play basketball like I still think I’m 25.
