A Short Bio
Erik has been on the front lines of leadership for 18 years. He has a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, because yes—expertise still matters.
But credentials don’t coach people—humans do. He knows what it’s like to lead under pressure, to feel the weight of responsibility, and to wrestle with that inner critic that never shuts up.
He lives in Central California with his incredible wife Leah and his four children (ages 8 to 20). He reads old books, he tries to keep his golf ball on the fairway, and he plays basketball like he still thinks he's 25.
